Either way we plow on a 2" trigger. Per-push bills per visit — you only pay when it snows. Seasonal is one flat price for the winter: pay for 10, covered for 12 — priced like 10 pushes, covering up to 12 plow-outs from Nov 1 – Mar 31. Member rates after 12 are posted under each seasonal price.

- Runs Nov 1 – Mar 31 on the same automatic 2-inch trigger
- Extra visits beyond 12 bill at your posted member rate (below the walk-up price)
- Storms of 10 inches or more take two passes and count as two visits
- Above 20 inches in 24 hours, that storm bills per visit at your member rate until it ends
- Pay up front, or split into 5 monthly payments (Nov–Mar)
Add-ons
- Salting / de-icing+$15–25or +$180/season
- Walkway & steps+$10–15or +$120/season
Salting cuts slip-and-fall risk on aprons and steps after the plow.
What shifts the rate

Questions, answered
The things neighbors ask before they get on the route.
Do I have to call you every time it snows?
No — that's the point. Once you're on the route, we come automatically any time snow hits the 2" trigger. No calling, no texting, no wondering.
Is my spot locked in for the whole season?
Yes. You reserve your spot once and you're covered every storm, all winter — same local owner, automatic 2-inch trigger. Then pick how you pay: per push (you only pay when it actually snows) or a flat seasonal rate (one price, whole winter, no bill math).
What does it cost?
Per-push rates start at $45 for a single/small driveway and $60 for a standard 2-car; long, steep, or gravel driveways run $110–120. Flat seasonal contracts run $450 (single), $600 (2-car), $850 (3-car), and $1,100–1,200 for long or difficult driveways. You get your exact price in writing after a quick look or a photo — free, no obligation.
How does the seasonal contract work?
One flat price covers your driveway from Nov 1 to Mar 31 — priced like 10 plow-outs but covering up to 12, so a typical snowy winter stays inside the contract. If a record winter pushes past 12 visits, extras bill at your posted member rate (below the walk-up price). Storms of 10+ inches take two passes and count as two visits; above 20 inches in 24 hours, that storm bills per visit at the member rate until it ends. Pay up front or split it into 5 monthly payments.
Do you clear walkways or salt?
Both, as add-ons: walkway and steps clearing is +$10–15 per visit, and hand-spread salting for slick aprons and steps is +$15–25.
What areas do you serve?
Rosemount is the home route, plus Apple Valley, Lakeville, Eagan, Farmington, and Inver Grove Heights by request as the route fills.
When will my driveway be cleared?
Before your morning commute. Overnight snow gets cleared overnight — the route is kept small and local on purpose so early clears stay realistic.
